FAQ:

What ages are appropriate for your place?

We really don’t have a minimum age requirement. Many of the kids at our place are the 2 to 7 year old range. We typically do not allow children 11 and older to bounce. This is for safety concerns.

Is there a group discount?

Any church group, mommy's group, daycare, school, fundraiser, summer camp group, girl scouts, boy scouts or whomever you are we will work with you to give you a GREAT discount and make it all possible for you!

Can adults bounce?

Yes, but only when escorting very young children on the bouncers. Because of the size difference, well-meaning adults can actually injure children.

Are socks required?

Yes, but only if you’re planning on bouncing. If you discover upon your arrival that you have no socks, you may purchase a brand new pair for $2. We typically carry adult and children’s sizes.

What’s the deal with these waivers?

These days business need to use waivers of liability to offer some form of protection against litigation. The main thing waivers offer is informed consent of our customers. We basically want you to know that our facility is generally safe but there are some dangers inherent in bouncing (just as there are some dangers inherent in taking a shower) and that you proceed with caution knowing this. The bottom line is that anybody going into our bounce area (whether they’re bouncing or not) needs to sign a waiver. If you have no children, you must sign for yourself. By signing for your children you are also included. Every child must also be accounted for on our waivers. Even if they are in carriers and are obviously not going to bounce, they will need to be signed in on a waiver by their parent or legal guardian.

If you are bringing in other children then your own YOU will need to sign in for those children as you will be the one responsible for them. The liability waivers printed off our website are good for people who want to get that out of the way before arriving. The adult signing the form must be present .

How many people do your tables seat?

We have three picnic table sized tables which can typically seat about 10 kids, each. The seating capacity in our party room is 68. Since we need to comply with the seating capacity, some adults from your party may be asked to party in the lobby. This is only to make the party room safe and legal.

When may I set up for my party?

If you have the first party of the day, you may arrive 15 minutes early and set up the party room right away. If you don't have the first party of the day, you can arrive 10 minutes early and set your gifts and belongings on the staging table in the lobby. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early you may not have a place to set your things right away. You will, typically, be able to set up the party room about 10-15 minutes before your party is done bouncing. When your time in the party room is over, we ask that you be clear of the party room to facilitate our staff cleaning for the next party. If you need more time, your party is welcome to congregate in the lobby.

Do you have a refrigerator and freezer we can use?

Yes.

May we bring a piñata?

I am sorry but at this time it is only allowed if you are having a private party.

Can we have a face painter?

Yes. BUT, painted faces are not allowed back into the bounce area. You can save face painting for after the bouncing is over.

How do you work food and beverages there?

We do not provide food, but we offer access to many types or varieties of food, delivered to our door! We have many fast food places within walking distance. You may also bring in whatever kind of food or beverage you wish. No popcorn please ,and for drinks we do not allow alcohol or fruit punch drinks. If you have not reserved tables for your group we only allow the lobby to be used for snacks and drinks that you can purchase with us or bring your own in;however if you have reserved tables you can bring in almost any type of food from home or have it delivered. Just keep in mind that when reserving tables, table time is the last thing that needs to be done cause once you have eaten you can't go back to the bounce room.

We allowed it as long as we could but no food or drink (not even water) is allowed in our Bounce room.

What about cake?

We can provide cake for your party or you can do it, yourself. It's up to you. Please remember candles and something to cut the cake or serve ice cream with

How far in advance do you book?

We can book as far out as you’d like. We can even take reservations a year in advance.We will always do our best to get you scheduled in a short notice.
